Cool Agility surprise

Well what a lovely couple of days we have had at cool agility. Diesel started off by using alot of her energy hooning around the exercise area we me for once unable to catch her lol i know nobody would believe and to be truefull im glad you all didn't see me trying to catch a boxer jumping around thinking that i was playing with her, it was abit embarasing lol. The dogs went well on Saturday having a few poles here and there but they havn' done anything for a month so probably need brain to muscle training but i was really chuffed with them and at the end of the day one of the judges came up to me and said how calm and good my handling was which was lovely to here. Monday came and my dogs were even better and once again another person commented on how well Jess has come on in large, which to be trueful i forget what shes gone from so it was lovely to here. The courses were lovely and i felt all weekend Gemma wasn't really at her full potential so i left her right to the end off her last class and im pleased to say she was lovley and put abit of faith back onto me so it is just the stress of everything. Stig has had a great couple off days its been great having Ian there as he hasn't been for months and it was great to let Stig que and watch everything going on and off course the cuddles. We were going home last night but we stopped talking and i had no idea what they were presenting but they called out my name with Gemma at 9th and then believe it or not somehow Jess got a 4th in the 1-7 agility i was very shocked and had some lovely comments from people i still cant believe it know and it was such a shame that Diesel got e'd in her weaves in that round as she was much quicker than the other too she was off and great fun!!

Snowy pics...

We hanvn't had that much snow but enough for the dogs to spend most off the morning outside playing in it. Stig is running around with a ball and 3 boxers chasing him. Diesel is off her rocker at the moment its excellent shes always playing shes manic think her food has definately kicked in and it doesn't seem like the weather is going to let us have a quick training session before moreton morrel so i think Diesel may be running around with her bottom well and truly underneath her lol cant wait! The christas tree is still somehow up, not sure how! Diesel has taken a liking to fake sparkly snow the little monkey and has been seen to be chewing the braches lol. Stig likes to take a few decoratins off although atleast he just throws them around the room and for some reason there mst be a nice prezzie under there as they hae all had there heads well and truly under it. Gabby has always got her tail under it and then she starts wagging it with decorations going everywhere, Gemma keeps jumping from one sofa to another. Jess seems to be the only sensible one he he!!
When we got to the field his morning it was -10 ahhh and a car had gone into a tree badly which we checked no one was in there as no body really goes down that road. As soon as i opened the door i suddenly thought about what i might find but luckily the driver must have been ok and got out phew!!! The dogs didn't seem to notice the cold although i walked alot quicker than normal.

Jess has also qualified for crufts!!!!!!!

How lucky am i another thing ticked off my list Jessica has qualified in YKC agility woop woop!! I'm so excited and pleased for her although know we've got to do some serious training. She is on the Saturday and Diesel is on Sunday i'm so excited and i cant wait i'm so lucky to have two dogs going!
Me and Mum went to Oympia yesterday it was great i got Diesel her new crufts collar and we watched some amazing agility and that arena is massive it was a long way round for the handlers but they were great and lovely to actually be able to sit and watch it without rushing around.
We eventually put the christmas tree up the other day, we are very anti christmas this year as something just seems to keep going wrong at the moment and taking our money. Well i thought Stig would have been in there but no Diesel was the first one with her head under the tree and then Gemma aswell i did come home today to find one decoration off and our tree topper topping the sofa lol although it does keep falling off, will put a photo on of the tree next time i blog.
My people that i was walking there dogs and doing there horse went on Friday to Exeter, it was quite sad as i have watched the house be packed up and i liked the family but he ho they'l be more work around the corner. The removals people had packed the dogs leads and all the horses travelling kit so i had to lend them some of my stuff.
I would just like to thank my pooches again for being the bestest pooches and getting me to my dream.

This is Oscar!!!

This is Oscar the new member off the boxer tribe. He is Nicolas Auntys puppy who is coming for the day on Fridays, he's very good and when hes had enough of my lot he goes back in his bed in his cage and he even puts Stig in his place, excellent!! We were meant to go solihull yesterday for the rugby show but we are that skint at the moment we decided to save on fuel how depressing is that although it did mean Stig had a nice trip into town and lots off cuddles later. We have also had a irish terrier stopping for the weekend so Stig has had a great time playing with her and we also had to walk a rottweiler yesterday afternoon so he has played with one off them aswell.

Stig had to have another little paddle in the bath the other day as he rolled in fox poo it was funny as he came running past me and then dived and skidded along the floor in this poo very nice but he had fun splashing around in the bath untill we got him out and before i could grab him to dry him he had run off over the bed downstairs on the sofas it was hillarious bless him!!

Hopefullly our morning walks at 6am will be over this week as the family i am doing abit of work for are moving this week as long as it all goes to plan, i will definately miss the money but not the early mornings. We have had a good play in the field this afternoon with only my dogs, we played recall games were i run one way and Ian goes other and then the dogs run up and down its great fun and there all knackered and ive also starting every know and then have a little run with Stig as i don't want him to jump up me when hes older but he hasn't shown any signs off doing this so thats great.

Brilliant pooches!!

On Saturday me and Anne ventured to Barking mad again via Mcdonalds! I had a nice agility course to walk and Diesel was in first and she does love being the first out the car and didn't she prove it, she got e'd on the second fence we decided Crafty had had a word with her in the car as she was jumping anyhting and everything lol i was great she was having a fantastic time. Jess was next and i don't think ive ever known er to be that fast she just had a pole i got abit in front of her and she was catching me up i was so out of breath she made me run although that will probably never happen again so i will cherish that memory. And Gemma did a lovely clear. There jumoing course was rather tricky, 2 lots of flick flacks a horrible start but all off my dogs did it perfectly just Diesel and Jess having the same pole out off the tunnel so must have been my postitoning and Gemma went clear and coming 13th! They were all soo good and i'm hoping Diesel stays like this as its great fun and i'm very pleased to sacrifice our first round for her to go abit looney as shes really enjoying it. Stig had plenty off cuddles and managed to dig a massive hole in the school before i'd even realised lol. Anne and Crafty had a fantastic jumping round just to have a pole otherwise she would have been clear, we talked it through how she was going to run it as there was a nasty tight box in it and she decided to go on the outside off the jump otherwise she would push her out and Crafty did it fantastically.
My business is going increadably well and i am pleased to say i can't take on anymore clients at the mo as i am flat out and only just coming home to run my dogs rond the fields before i have to walk some more, although i did get bit badily by a weinerama the other day who hasn't been soialised and we meet a dog and she just got soo stressed and i wasn't letting her lunge on the lead like her owner would so she got me on the ack off the leg whilst i was trying to tell the other one off and im very proud off my bruise its massive.
There is another boxer puppy in the family Nicolas Aunty has just got a white puppy today and it is coming to stop with me on Fridays so will get some pictures off the new recruit. Me and Anne were informed the other day that next year there is ashow on that has a boxer trophy so we are aiming for that there will be a big fight and were trying to get as many boxers there as we can!

No car!!

Still no car and it seems i won't have it back till Wednesday afternoon aslong as it passes the MOT again, i'm really missing it and wish they would hurry up and the poor lad that had to clean it i feel very sorry for them and there all going round wearing masks when they have to move it round the workshop lol i'm sure its not that bad i can't help it if wet dogs go in there and my coats like to dry in there. So today Stig was very priveldedged to be aload in Ians car down to Crofts where he got lots of kisses and cuddles and happily layed up side down on the floor. This afternoon we decided that we'd go for a long walk, well 3 hours later we made it too my Grans for a nice cup of tea and and some cheese on toast, we are spoilt. We took Stig down to the water which he paddled in and got very excited and he looked funny as the top of him was fluffy and he has little skinny legs bless. When we got to my Grans my dogs all still seemed to have energy and was running around the conservatory and Stig has a great time running and jumping in one of the beds at which it would slide and hit the wall bless. I am pleased to say they are all knackered know and were praying for no rain tommorow so i can run my classes.

Preston

Saturday me and Ellen ventured upto preston, and it was worth going to see a lovely boxer in grade 4 go round beautifully. Gemmas first round she jumped off all her contacts which off course means she was having a wonderful time it was a nice course with a few tricky bits and then some nice flowing bits to get the dogs going again, the courses where like that all day. Unfortunatley in her other 2 rounds she a pole in each otherwise she would have been clear. Diesel also had a pole in her agility and she went clear in her jumping bless her. Diesel is currently as i am writing this hanging off the sofa scratching her face on my chair and is know demanding a cuddle. Jess really didn't go well at the weekend and really didn't seem herself and i was dissapointed with her, and then on Sunday i took her to do some demonstrations for my classes and she really layed into Tassi i had to peel her off of poor Tassi so i don't no whats up with her as shes never like that so i don't really know whats wrong with her at the moment???
This week has been manic my business has been so busy this week everybody seems to want me shouldn't complainn just means that i am walking my dogs at 6 in the morning in the dark lol hanvn't lost anyone yet and every day i seem to get a soaking and blown around in the wind but he it brings the money in.
Right better go gotta walk another load before it gets dark, congratulations to Clare and Charlie for winning into grade 3 with a fantastic round.

Diesels going to crufts woop woop!!!!

Well this weekend i managed to tick off one of my things i want to do before i die lol. Me Amy and Ellen ventured down to Discover dogs at earls court. Diesel loves big shows and gets the most cuddles as she is so friendly. It seemed a long time untill we got into the ring but when we did Diesel was fantastic. We had to do a dogstbale course which involves obeidence and agility which she was perfect for. She finished 2nd so qualified, i was lucy enough to go in last and knew that only one person had gone clear so the pressure was on. I am so happy and know all my family are getting crufts tickets for christmas lol!!
Gabby has been spayed and hasn't been here for 12 days but she is back today with a vengence which the puppy is loving and Diesel is still mental in the field bless her i love seeing her like that. Stigs puppy training is going well and has know been up the dog walk on his own full height with me on the other side off the field hmmm going to have to leave him in the car for his own safty although this is probably the best time for him to jump on and off the aframe without getting scared as hes dieing to go up that, hope hes still this keen when hes 18 months.
Roll on March.....

Barking mad and last week!!

Had a very busy week last week as Ian was in Germany for work and of course it rained nearly everyday so my house resembled a mud bath (thank god for laminate flooring). Although by the time the mud and the dogs have cleaned themselves up i stupidly take them for another work in the afternoon and once again my house is covered again, i must really love my pooches lol. We took Stig to a fire work party the weekend before and he didn't give a monkeys more interested in eating apples off the floor and getting plenty of cuddles. Took Stig puppy training thursday night he was very good and is really staring to figure things out and when he wants to to be he is a quick learner. My dogs aern't to bothered by fireworks but when our stupid neighbours have they are a little bit bothered, i am abit annoyed as i feel they could have popped round and let me know so i could have taken the dogs somewhere else for a couple of hours, Diesel was rather transfixed and watching the fireworks. Saturday we went to Barking mad show, my doggies have had a 3 week break and i meant to do abit of weave practise on friday but due to Gabby being spayed and general life getting in the way and then lack of light i didn't have time!! Anyway Diesel was very excited and was trying to run around with her bottom underneath her in excitment needless to say lots of faults but it was fantastic watching her hooning around showing off bless her. Gemmas first course was power and speed and it was long jump weaves someow Gemma took them (unlike Jess and Diesel who hooned past them)Gemma had a fab day and relly worked hard and was really running on inher last jumping class unfortunatly i was so busy thinking i must get my turn in at the end of the weaves she pooped out otherwise she would have been placed he ho. Jess got a 12th in her agility althoug she wasted alot of time as she stopped at the 3rd fence and then managed to pop it bank it and still somwhow leave the fence up lol.

Puppy training!!

Thursday night i took Stig to his first puppy training class at Tony Orchards, after playing with Gloria and Crafty all afternoon he was rather tierd lol. He was very good and pottered around with the other puppies happily. We have our home work for the week so must start practising although most of my time seems to be taken up by other dogs lol. This morning i had 2 agility classes which i have had to cancel due to the weather but of course the rain has stopped know but the grass will be incredably slippy. My house seems to just be mud everywhere as soon as ive cleared up after them i stupidly take them for another walk and there covered again atleast there having a great time and are sleepy when they get back. Ian has gone to Germany for a week with work so me and the boxers can share the bed woop woop and means i can get alot of my paperwork done without being disturbed!!

Gundog show!!!

Yesterday me and Sandy took our gundogs to the gundog show (and Stig lol). After queing at an accident on the M54 we managed to get to the venue at 8.30 with a very bored puppy although i had taken him round the field before hand. They started the show at 9 sue to the accident so we had time to walk the dogs and toilet them. We had a steeple chase corse and an agility and a jumping, we got two attempts at the agility and jumping and our best time was the one they took. Sandys Jesse got a 2nd in her agility. The steeplecase course was a nice flowey course and i was looking forward to it, i put Jess in standard so the poles where a bit lower. She was very weird and did 2 fences and a tunnel and then got spooked by something and kept looking behind her and at the judge, very strange and in the end i didn't finish the course and somehow the judge had realised and didn't e me so i got 5 faults for a pole and if she didn't have the pole she'd have been in the placings naughty judge!!! I then took her into her agility we spent alot of time watching the small and medium dogs as there was the dog walk with a tunnel under it and everyone was going through the tunnel lol. She was abit sluggish and i managed to keep her going and she went straight up the dog walk what a good girl and in her second attempt she came out the weaves as she was looking at the judge so i don't no what was wrong with her as she really isn't a spooky dog the only thing i can think off was when we training up the school she got scarred by a noise can't remember what there called and she took off which is really unlike her so whether she heard something like that sound i don't no. Her last 2 jumping rounds i tried a different tactic and when she was on the line i said tunnel and she was off and the second time i said frame and again she was off as i do this at home as it winds her up and Ian gets pissed off with her jumping around lol!! Jess got a 5th in the agility as there was only 5 clears obviously we were the slowest. My boxers have had a week off and will have a further couple know and they can get abit fat and Jess can know enjoy a couple of weeks break and i can concentrate on Stig he he the little monkey!! After watching some amazing weaves yesterday that wearnt collies i've been kicked up the bum and am going to really concentrate this winter on getting all there weaves quicker and taking the entrance without me also i have decided i need to teach Gemma a stop again on her contacts as i think know shes more excited about the agility she may be quicker down the contact i'm sure i'll change my ind in a couple of weeks lol!! Stig starts his puppy training thursday night and i feel the need to start training him although hes had a nice time being a puppy, he went to the vets for a puppy party last week, he didn't like the older dogs and much preferred cuddles with the kids and once the older puppys where taken out the room the left over puppies where off and i am pleased to say he was tiered after that!!
